Lora often uses items and animals from around her own house as inspiration and models for her drawings.


The baby crows in the pictures are various "rescues".  Each spring & summer she finds herself running a "Rehab Center" for injured or displaced crow kids.  Then, when ready, they're returned to skies and, if possible, their families. She says they thank her by posing for her pictures ( and often pooping on them as well!)

 

 

Below is the famous "Pooka" doing a little "fire magic" at the hearth.  (The bit of blue around his neck is a collar sporting his very own pentacle earned after his first ritual.)   The elegant, long haired beauty beside him is his mother.
